At Kuvro, we work with logistics warehouses located within the United States to guarantee you the best prices and the latest technology. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

From our US Warehouse: 5 to 10 business days.

Note: These times are estimates. External factors such as carrier delays, transport strikes, or peak seasons (Christmas/Black Friday) may extend these timeframes.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email. You can track your package at any time through our website or the local carrier's platform.

4. Domestic Shipping (USA to USA)

Since our products are shipped directly from our warehouses within the United States, there are no customs duties or import taxes for domestic orders. The price you pay at checkout is final regarding shipping to your US address.

5. Delivery Guarantee

If, due to logistical reasons beyond your control, the order has not been delivered after 60 calendar days, we will issue a full refund of your purchase or reship the product at no additional cost to you
